Enjoy these nutrient dense, filling, yummy, moist, delicious muffins. My children don't even notice they are packed with zucchini! shhh! The cinnamon tricks your tounge into thinking it is sweetwer than it actually is. The bananas also add a bit of sweetness, fiber, potassium as well. The chia seeds are nutrient dense and helps to keep it moist and formed. I make a large batch for our large family and freeze half of it to keep it fresh throughout the week.
